As a psychologist, I am here to support you in unveiling this. And place you in a better position to make informed changes in your life and live a more fulfilling one.

I offer therapy from a social justice framework. Our work will consider the of role systemic structures in your experiences. And involve both personal, social, systemic, and political empowerment, where possible. My aim is to support you in gaining a say over your own life as well as influencing the world around you.

Couple’s Therapy

Problems in your relationship can affect how you feel day to day. You may struggle to work or function if your home life is unfulfilling. You may find life pressures affecting your relationship in a negative way.

A compassionate couple is not one where nobody fights. It is a couple who manage to work through their fights in a way that helps them grow and get stronger. We will work together to help you learn how to form a deeper connection with each other. I will help you navigate arguments, make joint decisions, and communicate better. With the aim to support you in forming a more fulfilling relationship.

Catering to Creative Expression

Sometimes words can be inadequate to convey the meaning behind our experiences. So, I welcome different modes of expression in therapy, such as art, music, or with objects.
